Accessing the Virtuozzo Power Panel (VZPP)

Clients can login to their Virtuozzo Power Panel to manage individual VPS using their root login and one of the IP's bound directly to their VPS. This is located here: 

https://ip.ip.ip.ip:4643/vz/cp

In the event that a VPS crashes, this feature should still be available to reboot the VPS, as well as other typical functions such as re-loading and monitoring resource alerts.
