How to Update your Virtuozzo License

In selling VPS, it's very common that a the number of VZ licenses will be exceeded. The following is the process


  • Get your current key # out of PIM under Setup > Licensing (will look similar to VZ.00XXXXXX.0009)
  • Open a support request at http://support.ubiquityservers.com - requesting a new license key (per Virtuozzo Licensing Rates), and providing us the key # from above
  • A license key file will be issued to you via the support request by our staff, and your billing updated accordingly.
  • Login to PIM (per Accessing Parallels Infrastructure Manager (PIM)) and choose Setup > Licensing from the menu (near the bottom left corner)
  • Choose Install License File, and follow the instructions provided - uploading your license key when requested.
