There are a number of ways to request support from Ubiquity's technical staff if you've not found the answers you're looking for here.

By Phone

Clients in the United States and Canada may call toll free 866.438.8247. International residents can real us at +01.312.281.5101 in our Bloomington, Illinois office.


By Email

For your convenience, our support center may be reached by email by emailing support (at) ubiquityservers (dot) com. This is an automated system that should send you a confirmation email back along with login credentials to track the ticket in our web interface later if you so choose. Please make sure that you are receiving these emails as many email filtering systems do not play nice with emails that have been generated by a PHP script.
