Resetting a Forgotten NodeWorx / SiteWorx Password

You can reset your passwords to NodeWorx or SiteWorx if you forget them.


SiteWorx Password Reset

  • Simply login to NodeWorx and navigate to SiteWorx > Accounts
  • Choose Edit next to the account whose password you want to reset
  • Click Save at the bottom of the screen


NodeWorx Password Reset (Master Account)

  • Login via SSH as root to this server
  • Execute the following command from shell: 
/home/interworx/bin/resetmasterpassword.pex
