VPS clients can re-install their VPS and restore it to it's orignal "operating system only" state.

WARNING: This will wipe ALL data from your VPS, and behave as a complete reformat. Although it will remain licensed - this will also not re-install any control panel you may have installed - and will require that someone go through the control panel installation process once more. After a container re-install, if you feel comfortable installing the container's control panel, you may - but be absolutely sure you have backups available before using this feature.

  1. Login to your Virtuozzo Power Panel using your root password
    1. Your Power Panel URL is typically https://ip.ip.ip.ip:4643/vz/cp
    2. You can also find this information in the welcome email for your VPS
  2. Click on Maintenance in the left menu
  3. Select the Reinstall tab from this screen
  4. Stop your container, and proceed with the re-install process
